  • A collection of love quotes

If he is the first thing you think of when you wake up,
the only thing you think of when you're awake,
and the last thing you think of before you go to bed,
then he is really somebody special.

I heard someone whisper your name,
but when I turned around to see who it was, I was alone.
Then I realized that it was my heart telling me that I miss you.

I wrote your name in the sand, but the waves washed it away.
I wrote your name on a piece of paper, but it got thrown away.
I wrote your name in the sky, but the wind blew it away.
So, I wrote your name in my heart and that's where it will stay.

    When I miss you,
    I don't have to go far ...
I just have to look inside my heart
because that's where I'll find you.

When you realize you want to
spend the rest of your life with a person,
you want the rest of your life
to start as soon as possible.

I love you more than any word can say ...
I love you more than every action I take ...
I'll be right here loving you till the end.

    An eternity is forever,
and forever with you would be a dream come true.

Baby, in just 1 more month you and I will be husband and wife and be forever connected by underground wires. In just 1 more month we will start a brand new chapter of our lives together until death do us part. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you. Just 1 more months sweetie...1 more month....

  • So what have I been up to lately? Nothing too interesting but here are a few highlights that is worth mentioning:

    - Last couple of weeks -
Constant power outage around the Jakarta and Tangerang (where I live) area. Power would be out for 1 - 17 1/2 hours. There has been a lot of demonstration from the public to the electrical company but so far I have heard that this power outage thing is going to occur frequently up until the end of December.

    - Thursday (12 Nov 2009) afternoon -
Due to another case of power outage, I decided to go to this mall that's near my house and have some "me" time of my own. I watched "This Is It" (the Michael Jackson movie) and bought myself 5 tabloid magazines.

    - Thursday (12 Nov 2009) evening -
Out of the blue I got a blackberry messenger message from Jason asking me what I think of the name "Ireland" for our daughter and from then we spent the entire evening finding out the perfect original and unique name for our daughter and son. We came up with a mutual agreement on our daughter's name but as for our son's name..well that is still under works (we later learned that finding a name for your son is harder than finding a name for your daughter).

    - Friday (13 Nov 2009) evening -
Went out with a few friends of mine to my favorite hangout place called Loewy's. Unfortunately it was raining really bad that night which caused a huge traffic all over Jakarta. It took us about 4 hours just to get to Loewy's where in normal situation it would've taken us about an hour max. It was a pain in the neck.

When we got there, we had a really late dinner and a few drinks. Each of my friends (God bless them all) decided to buy me Tequila shots (there were 5 of them so they got me 5 shots) and told me that I have to drink it because I will be getting married soon and this will probably my last crazy time as a single woman. I told them all I don't do Tequila anymore (due to the Tequila poisoning a couple of years ago) but after constant pressure from them all I drank all 5 shots and what do you know..you get 1 shot free from Loewy's for every 5 shots you bought so in total I drank 6 shots of Tequila.

Don't ask me what happens after I drank all those shots because I honestly don't remember anything. All I remember was drinking the shots, throwing up in the toilet, getting in the car and passed out on my bed.

    - Saturday (14 Nov 2009) -
I woke up with a horrible hangover. I looked like crap and felt like crap. I spent all day in bed, throwing up, drank plenty of water, and having to force myself to eat. I was starting to feel a little better around night time.

All of my friends were messaging me on how I was doing and checking up on me and when I told them I don't remember anything from the night before so they filled me in. Apparently I said a lot of things and they were all amused at how much talking I did. One of them told me that it was funny watching me being drunk. I am so glad that I can amuse them all. I later made them promise me not to make me drink anymore Tequila and they swear they won't do it again.

    - Sunday (15 Nov 2009) -
I was feeling a lot better than Saturday so I decided to spend the day at my bro's house. I haven't seen my 3 angels and my sis in law for a few days and I was starting to miss them horribly.

    - Today (16 Nov 2009) -
I am going to prepare everything that needed to be done for my Australian Spousal Visa. So much to do..so little time. Better start moving now.

    * All the things that I recently love and enjoy *

About a couple of years ago I have created a Twitter account but I didn't find it interesting so I ignored and completely forgot about it until April of this year. I decided to give Twitter one more shot and now I am hooked. Twitter is my mini blog where I write about how I feel, what I am thinking and doing. I find myself constantly updating it. If you would like to follow me, here is my ID: @chick_fit

Ever since I found this website to listen to most of Perth's radio stations online a few days ago, I just couldn't stop listening to Triple J or 92.9 FM. Online radio rocks!

I love being a housewife. I love taking care of the chores that needed to be done around the house when Jason is at work because it's rewarding to me when he walks in the door after work and find the house all nice and clean.

I've recently become really interested in gardening and I have to thank Jason for this. We planted some trees and herbs in our garden about 3 weeks ago and they have been blooming and taking off really good. It is such a good feeling to plant something and watch them grow. Next on our garden project: plant a Plum and Mandarin trees.

  • One of my favorite past times is listening to music and while I was browsing around the net a few days ago, I came across this site that has links to listen to some of Perth's radio stations online. This excites me because now I get to listen to them here in Jakarta. Ahhh the beauty of technology, especially internet.

Last night, instead of going out to my friend's farewell party, I stayed home (I am still not feeling 100 % yet, my right ear is still plugged, has been for 5 days now) and spent my Friday night listening to 92.9 FM - Perth's Hit Music Station, 99.3 FM - ABC Triple J and 96.1 FM - It's All About Music while reading The Time Traveler's Wife. It was actually quite relaxing. I should do it more often.

Our wedding day is approaching soon. Jason and I really just can't wait to get this all over and done with and start the new chapter of our lives as husband and wife. Things are going well with the wedding. All the major stuff are all sorted, what's left for us to do is mostly payments stuff. We both would love to get all of this done by the end of November so when December comes we can just relax and enjoy the wedding.

    HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!
